ISE team attends the final partners meeting of the Erasmus LLP project “ICT-enabled Education for Sustainable Development” in Crete

For nearly two years the Institute of Sustainable Education of Daugavpils University has been actively involved in implementation of the Erasmus LLP project "ICT-enabled Education for Sustainable Development" led by the University of Crete (Greece) which aims to develop a joint Master degree study programme (deployed on an advanced virtual platform) in ICT and ESD. The project nearing its end, the team of the Institute of Sustainable Education as represented by Ilga Salīte and Ginta Gedžūne took part in the final project partners meeting which was held on June 15-17 in Rethymnon, Greece. Other partner institutions represented at the staff meeting were University of Crete (the lead partner from Greece), Dublin City University (Ireland), Frederick University (Cyprus), University of Graz (Austria), Open University of Cyprus (Cyprus) and Uppsala University (Sweden). During the meeting, the partners discussed the progress of the project, evaluated the deliverables already achieved and planned the course of the final project activities.
